Feature Request - Thomson Machines TO7, TO7/70,TO8,TO9, MO5,MO6

These are french computers using the motorola 6809 cpu, perhaps starting with the MO5 or TO7 as these were the first machines of these series. The others build up on these. I have just release a game for the MO5.

As per the linked pull request, this has tentatively started. It might be a longer ordeal than usual though, given my relative unfamiliarity with the 6809 (and the 6821), the fact that I couldn't find any commented ROM disassemblies to help with that obstacle and that, even if I did, they'd probably be in French. This'll become more problematic if I want to try to support accelerated tape loading than it is now.

I've moved on to the MO6 now; there seems to be quite a lot of complexity to it because the updated gate array is a superset of the MO and TO functionality but the corollary to that is that the TO series shouldn't be too hard to get started on after the MO6 is complete and bedded in.

That said, there are a couple of emulator-level deficiencies to tackle here:

1. my emulator has been using ASCII for key inputs when mapping symbol to symbol or pasting text, which obviously isn't sufficient now that I'm dealing with a keyboard with é, etc; and
2. I've at no point done anything in support of light pens or guns. So something will be needed there. On the plus side, if I make it general enough then it might allow non-captured mouse support for some of the GUI platforms.
