User status change: Allow direct user status change from submitted -> admission_confirmed #27
To do so, we need to set status to admission_confirmed and also set transportation_status to unavailable.
Currently, the behavior is that transportation_status is null, so when the user clicks on the "Transportation" tab, it will give them an error. Thus, admins have to change status from submitted -> admitted with no travel -> admission_confirmed.
