I adjusted and improved this write-up on the research document and am forwarding it here in order to have everything as consistent as possible. Out of convenience, I opted to directly embed the document tab instead of redoing the formatting. To see the text raw/on the document, see: Research Document Tab 5-MeO-xxT and 2C-T-x Interaction Flag Changes

After getting more information and research on 5-MeO-xxT and 2C-T-x drug classes it seems there are a great amount of interaction concerns that the current chart does not reflect.
As discussed here: #352 -
5-MeO-xxT is neurotoxic especially at higher dosages because of its activity at the serotonin receptor. It can cause oxidative stress and serotonin release which can lead to neurotoxicity (similar to how amphetamines lead to neurotoxicity).
2C-T-x drugs have significant MAOI activity and can cause serotonin syndrome, seizures, etc, due to said activity.
Examples of the new interaction flags reflecting this research-
#361
5-MeO-xxT + 4mmc
Dangerous
There is a significant risk of serotonin syndrome from this interaction and along with an increase in neurotoxicity.
#363
4mmc + 2C-T-x
Dangerous
Due to 2C-T-x drugs MAOI activity there is an increased risk of serotonin syndrome and seizures. 2C-T-x drugs and 4mmc have additional cardiac concerns, such as vasoconstriction, tachycardia, and hypertension, which in combination may be exacerbated.
5-MeO-xxT + 2C-T-x = Dangerous
5-MeO-xxT + MXE = Dangerous
5-MeO-xxT + DXM = Dangerous
5-MeO-xxT + MDMA = Dangerous
5-MeO-xxT + Cocaine = Dangerous
5-MeO-xxT + Tramadol = Dangerous
(duplicate) 2C-T-x + 5-MeO-xxT
2C-T-x + MXE = Dangerous
2C-T-x + DXM = Dangerous
2C-T-x + MDMA = Dangerous
2C-T-x + Cocaine = Dangerous
2C-T-x + Tramadol = Dangerous
2C-T-x + MAOIs = Dangerous
2C-T-x + SSRIs = Dangerous
Left out SSRIs for 5-MeO-xxT as it seems their pharmacology is more complex in combination with both serotonin releasers (such as MDMA + SSRIs in contrast to DXM + SSRIs)
@s0uthview agrees it seems reasonable to change the interaction flags to match this research.
I'm posting this as a discussion as I'd like either @zelixir25 or another person's thoughts on this before changing so many interaction flags.
