Issue Details
When you add server, the missing field is usually "Server name". But If I click "Add", it just does not work on the first sight. Only while scrolling you can understand that there were fields with errors.
Proposed solution
Jump to the very first erroneous field when "Add" button is pressed.
Alternative solution
Show user a snack that server is not added because of some errors in fields.
