Add “Create Routing Rule” action from Query Log entries

Issue Details

It would be very useful to add the ability to create Routing Rules directly from Query Log entries.

Currently, when a new domain or IP address needs to be added from Query Log, I have to remember it and manually add the domain or IP address in the Routing Rules section. This makes route configuration slower and less convenient.

Proposed solution

Add a context action for Query Log entries that allows adding a selected domain or IP address directly to an existing Routing Rule.
