[docs] Update links in the tutorial to point to the corresponding version

Description

Since the schema can change between versions, users may use incompatible formats. See #1563. So, the solution is to point to the corresponding version in the docs. I am unsure if that can be done dynamically or if we just add a warning/tip message in the docs so users are aware of this.
