T3Flip: Redesign the project file layouts or Proper documentation

The current file structure is too messy, and this command "pnpm run anchor-test" or "cd anchor && anchor test" fails.

I suggest we stick to the raw project format, like raw anchor folder - totally for anchor project, and frontend - totally for frontend.
Or someone who understands this layout better, and find this working for them, could provide a proper documentation on the layout.

This is a blocker for testing anchor program. Need attention

for now, I am testing the anchor instruction by modifying the layout like a raw anchor project, and running the test
