Recurring Announcements

Hey

I have been using Gatus for a few weeks now, and I really like the simplistic setup and management alongside the overall feel and performance of the product. Great product to use, to big kudos 💪

The feature that I think could be nice to have, is to have some sort of recurring announcement, which you can setup on a cron interval. I think this feature could be nice to have, if you have some scheduled maintenance every x weeks, or something else.

The recurring announcement can have the same options as a "normal" announcement, but I think there could possibly be a problem, if you want to archive them, since there will be a lot of them.

Maybe a new property called duration for the general announcement could also be a nice thing to add. So you can set the estimated duration of the announcement when you create it, then it goes away after the duration.
