Explore ways to improve the Fire Blast bar implementation. Current issues worth trying to solve:
- Right-most node is the one that always fills for the current charge. See if this can be moved to the leftmost empty node instead somehow.
- Values are
secret other than simple Booleans to know if it is on/off CD. This requires a more complex state machine to handle CDR.
- Color changes for procs/cooldown usages?
