Feature request: /approve command

It happens quite often that some spot need to be approved ASAP, it also happens that some spots are simple questions that do not need approval by 3 admins, I believe that having a way to approve a spot with just one admin might be useful.
I thought about two possible implementations:

• a button at the end of the quick answers menu
• a command like /approve that should ask for confirmation

In this way we can prevent the accidental usage of the command

The approach I would choose is to extend the current implementation with an action argument.

1. In the autoreplies configuration file, instead of autoreplies being a dictionary of strings, I would make it a dictionary of objects like so:

autoreplies:
    Repost:
       content: "Questo è un repost. Cerca prima di postare."
       action: "reject"
    QA:
      action: "approve"

with the fields content and action being optional. If content is present, the user will receive that message. If action is specified, an action is performed by the bot. It can be reject or approve. If no action is specified, the bot may just reply, if content is present, or do nothing.

2. In the autoreply_callback method, we read the correct autoreply

current_reply = all_autoreplies.get(arg)

and based on its data (i.e., content and action fields) perform the correct action, instead of always rejecting.
