Visualizations

Overview of the required visualizations (work out requirements in (sub)issues).

• Heatmap with data points in the boxes
• Bargraphs with error bars + individual data points (Different color per experiment)
• Correlation scatter plot between 2 parameters
• Concentration-response curves

For each visualization:

• Ability to chose the parameter in question
• Defaults (or limited to) a number of main parameters (which?)

Default parameter selection:

• Number of spikes
• Number of bursts
• Burst duration
• Spikes per burst
• Inter-burst interval
• Number of network bursts
• Network burst duration
• Spikes per network burst
• Mean ISI within network bursts
• Area under the normalized cross-correlation

Ideally also customizable default selection per plot per project.

TODO: in general, multiple compounds in a single project should be displayed in separate plots. But for the mean heat map multiple compounds can be combined in a single plot. Is that a requirement or only a nice-to-have?
