Note to Vinifera Dev Team: Please change to Feature Request if this behavior is technically intended.

Currently, if you deploy a unit or undeploy a unit, it will drop any tags associated with the unit.

For instance, if you wanted to place a sensor array, and then replace it if it is destroyed, this will not work. Once the sensor array is deployed, it will not be replaced upon destruction due to the loss of its tag.

I believe that deployed and undeployed units should inherit the tag that it had until the unit or tag is destroyed.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a map, create a tag to trigger on unit destruction, attach it to a unit/team, test play. Trigger will not fire.

Expected Behaviour

Trigger should fire regardless of deploying or undeploying a unit/structure.

Actual Behaviour

Triggers do not fire due to tags being lost when deploying/undeploying.
