Description
Achieving rain, snow, or other ambient effects on maps currently requires a setup whereby you have to create structures around the map that can spawn individual animations. This is clunky, requiring you to line up every structure perfectly and likely requires more performance overhead than necessary.
If we could map a single animation to cover the screen that would scroll with the user, that seems like it would solve both problems.
Proposed Code (optional)
Action Types - Start Screenspace Animation and End Screenspace Animation
Parameters - Animation
Additional Context
