Post august maintenance changes

Hi @Adamtaranto , below are the list of changes that need to be changed for intro HPC.

• In Connect to Milton, vc7-shared should be replaced with slurm-login and the example screenshot needs to reflect this.
• Same section as above, we should probably replace the recommendation to use putty with the in-built OpenSHH client in windows (ssh accessible via cmd).
• In Milton File Systems, capacities need to be updated. VAST projects is 400TB and scratch is 550TB. Deletion policy for VAST scratch is 30 days, not 14 days.
• In listing available modules, the example output should be updated.
• In loading and unloading software, the python3 example should be updated to reflect the updated system version and the available module versions.
• In Slurm Partitions, gpuq_large is removed, gpuq maxmem is 1000 and max gpus should be 8 A30 GPUs, and 1 A100 GPU.
• the remote graphics section should be replaced with using ondemand desktops (either GPU or VNC or both).
