Problem Statement
When creating a new beer recipe, I struggle to know what ingredients I need to use for certain styles.
Ideal Solution
As a homebrew, I would like to have an editable ingredient list generated for me based on a target style, so that I can make a beer in that style, instead of looking at clones recipes online.
Alternative solutions
- Rather than using Brew Bot (Random or Weighted), I can look at recipes posted elsewhere online and tweak the build to my liking.
- Rather than using Brew Bot (Random of Weighted), I can call my local homebrew shop to talk through potential ingredients.
- Rather than using Brew Bot (Random of Weighted), I can attempt to use GenAI to build a recipe for me.
Additional Context
It may be worth considering how BeerSmith, BJCP, and the more popular recipe books have grouped certain ingredients to styles.
