[Bug] Custom currency dialog box issues in JAF recruiter account

Describe the bug

In the JAF section (when logged in through a recruiter account), the custom currency dialog box has multiple front-end and functional issues when updating package fields.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Log in with a recruiter account.
2. Go to the JAF section where package fields are editable.
3. Attempt to change the currency:

• There are ~6 fields covering all types of income.
• Select Custom Currency option.

4. Try the following:

• Type letters inside the custom currency field.
• Press Enter instead of clicking Add/Submit.

Expected behaviour

• Typed letters should appear in the input box.
• Pressing Enter should behave the same as clicking Add/Submit, updating all fields consistently with the chosen custom currency.
• Front-end styling of the custom currency dialog box should be clean and spacious
