Translation not applied to all propagated strings

Describe the issue

Hello. When other occurences of a source string exist, having the same context and source or differing context, but the same source, the selected translation is not applied to all propagated strings, and this despite I have access to these strings and they are neither locked nor have the read-only status.

I already tried

• I've read and searched the documentation.
• I've searched for similar filed issues in this repository.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Here, In section Other occurrences, under "These strings have differing context, but the same source." select the string for the component Mattermost/webapp.
2. Clisk the option Apply selected translation to all propagated strings
3. Observe that the operation in the previous step is not taking effect as the translation is not applied to all propagated strings, but only to the accessible target string of the current opened page.

Expected behavior

Selected translation to be applied not only to the accessible target string of the current opened page but also to all other propagated strings, thus to all propagated strings, as intended.
