Source string existing in default locale file reported not found in non-default locale file

Describe the issue

Hello. A source string existing in default locale file is reported not found in a non-default locale file. Could this indicate that something is broken?

I already tried

• I've read and searched the documentation.
• I've searched for similar filed issues in this repository.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Here, in a default locale, we can attest to the existence of a source string.
2. Here, in a non-default locale, the string of step 1. is not found; see attachment – reported "No strings found!".

Expected behavior

The existing source string to be found in non-default locale since existing in default locale.

The source language in a bilingual file component is just a collection of the source strings in all languages. There is no need for all languages to have all the strings (and actually not desired in the glossary you are referring to).
