Average or Sum to handle multiple row occurences #2
Add an option to set the desired behaviour when a search returns multiple rows.
It currently average by default here -> https://github.com/WhiteHouse/choropleth/blob/7.x-1.x/static/recline.view.ChoroplethMap.js#L526
