Confirm that Wikiwho serverside API code serves identical data to cloud hosted API

WikiWho which is tool for annotating mediawiki revision histories have public API hosted in WMF cloud which contain some wikipedias indluding de, hu, en, but not all. One of missing is finnish Wikipedia. Repository has also some self-hosted versions. However, as the code is updated in 6 years a go it needs to be checked if it still works and what needs to be updated.

What is needed is to confirm that if

1. the self-hosted versions will still work and if not what would be needed to make them work.
2. Second task is to confirm if the self-hosted versions return same results than cloud hosted version.
3. Check what is usecase for wikiwho wrapper and if it still works.
