Deploying dummy UI with azure

I try by myself for a long time looking on the internet. I did not manage to deploy it using azure. I asked for a mentor but he did not showed up to the first meeting. We reschedule, however we could not fix the issue. The dummy UI is working locally and probably we will leave it like that
