ValidPseudoAccounts enforce-gate asymmetry (low/informational). InvariantCheck.cpp:951 enforces only under featureSingleAssetVault, but seq-0 pseudo-accounts are created under SAV || LendingProtocol (and the sibling ValidNewAccountRoot uses SAV || LP). In an LP-enabled/SAV-disabled amendment window the pseudo-account safety-net is silently disabled. It's deterministic (no fork) and ValidNewAccountRoot covers the creation path, so it's a latent backstop gap only. Distinct from known #7475
