米兔（小寻）智能手表7X的坐标精度低、缺少device_tracker

如题，坐标精度只能精确到整数，没有小数点，但通常需要精确到5位小数才能准确定位。另外创建智能手表设备时，没有直接创建一个对应的device_tracker实体，导致无法使用这个实体跟踪位置。

How to Reproduce / 复现步骤

如图，只要创建设备后就能重现。

Expected Behavior / 预期结果

1）坐标的经纬度精确到5位小数点 2）默认创建device_tracker实体

请试试 #1189 能否满足您的需求。xiaomi_home 依赖设备上报自身的数据，如果设备上报的坐标只有整数，xiaomi_home 也只能使用精度不足的坐标值。
