Thank you for the excellent tool; it eases the work. However, when I am trying to plot the circos by choosing line plot for tracks,, it is not generating any plot (taking lot time).
My data for line track looks like this
Chromosome Start End value color
Chromosome 1 1 1000 31.6 a
Chromosome 1 1001 2000 28.6 a
Chromosome 1 2001 3000 24.3 a
Chromosome 1 3001 4000 33.7 a
Chromosome 1 4001 5000 39.8 a
Please help if inputting anything wrong
