[YF 7.1.2] - Edit Ticket with big description - Create Company or Contact from Edit screen

Hi, I encountered a weird issue today. I tried to edit a freshly booked ticket, and after I clicked edit and wanted to select the company and to create a new contact, the page showed Loading, please wait. I tried to enable all sorts of debugging, and I could not find anything. I tried to test on another ticket, and I could not reproduce it. After I modified the description and made it smaller (it was a long chain of emails in that), it started to work fine.

Can you please advise if this can be fixed somehow if it happens in the future?
I can provide you separately the email chain so you can troubleshoot on your end?

Most likely, the issue is related to the field content itself rather than its size, since the database column cannot store more than the defined TEXT limit. Any excess content is truncated by default.

It would be very helpful if you could provide:

• the database value of the “description” field before it was modified, or the original email from which the ticket was created,
• the database encoding (a ConfReport dump would be appreciated).
