Code Editor 2: [Ubuntu IDE] Backspace in the middle of code sometimes jumps to top of code

Description

I'm on Linux with the Plasma 5 KDE (x11). When backspacing in the middle of code in CE2, I am randomly taken to the top of the top event.

This issue was not present in beta
