Handle API failure gracefully

Just right now, while running the script, Remotive api timed out. On retry, it worked.

When we have multiple portals, this can cause trouble.

For now, we can add basic retry logic.

Also if one platform fails other should be unaffected of it.

I have two potential solutions to this:

• have an adopter that has in-built retry for such temporary errors.
• the API can raise these errors and the caller can handle, so that response from other portals can still be fetched.

Would you mind implementing this, let me know if you have other thoughts.
