Input loss in web UI

Describe the bug

I am creating a project with two URLs that download the same file name.

I run a scan_codebase and ONLY ONE of the files shows in the project, the other URL is ignored silently.

Interesting case, both files have the same filename, the first one is likely erased when downloading the second input in the input/ directory.

@pombredanne what about appending a string, such as "_2", to the second filename in place of erasing the first file?
We would end with the following files in the codebase/
