Error in android 12 running the example

Hi,
Im trying to use this plugins.
I downladed the example indicated in ionic and built it and installed in my android device (Android 12).
Both in my project and in the example project I get the following error:

View class androidx.appcompat.widget.AppCompatTextView is an AppCompat widget that can only be used with a Theme.AppCompat theme (or descendant).

And no video starts.
Could you please help?
