This is not yet implemented, but there is a related piece of work worth noting to avoid confusion.

What exists: embed-proplet

The embed-proplet/ directory contains a C implementation of a proplet targeting Zephyr RTOS on ESP32-S3. It embeds WAMR (WebAssembly Micro Runtime) to fetch and execute WASM tasks dispatched by the manager. This is a proplet that runs on embedded hardware and executes WASM - it is not Propeller itself compiled to a WASM module.

What this issue is asking for

Compiling the proplet (or manager) itself to a wasm32-wasi or wasm32-unknown-unknown target so that it can run inside any WASM runtime. The proplet is written in Rust, which does support WASM targets, but the current code has hard dependencies on OS threads (tokio), MQTT networking (rumqttc), and the Wasmtime C API that would need significant porting work before a WASM build is viable.

This remains open work.
