Too often circuit changing

Hi!
My circuit is changing several times per minute. So, i can't download file by IP-dependent URL.
How i can decrease frequency of circuit change?

Go to "Settings - Lists", enable the option "Save exit node for specified hosts" and add the site or .domain from which you are downloading the file.

You can also select only one exit node (by Fingerprint or IP). in the “Routers” section, then your exit IP address will not change at all. The filter mode in "Settings - Filter" should be Favorites nodes.

It is impossible to completely disable or set a specific time for changing circuits, since tor changes the circuit not only after a certain time has elapsed (default: 10 minutes), but also, for example, if the remote URL is not reachable through the current circuit or has a different protocol (IPv4/IPv6) or access is provided via different IP addresses instead of a single domain name..
