Not able to install module getting error for config already exists "jsonapi_extras.jsonapi_resource_config.cohesion_layout--cohesion_layout"

Steps -

• Setup and install the ACMS low code project
• Then add and try to install the module sitestudio_jsonapi
• Notice the error Configuration objects (jsonapi_extras.jsonapi_resource_config.cohesion_layout--cohesion_layout) provided by sitestudio_jsonapi already exist in active configuration

This seems happening because this same config is already available in acquia_cms_common module
