macos-26/macos-26-intel No image label found to route agent pool Azure Pipelines

Description

If I select macos-26 or macos-intel , pipelines fail with the following message.
According to repo home page macos-26 should be available as preview for azure-devops.

IIRC this was mentioned on docs as available as preview couple of months ago.

What changed? Will these be available for Azure-Devops again?

Repro steps

1. Create a MAUI iOS release pipeline in Azure DevOps
2. Add vmImage as YAML pipeline parameter
3. While running enter vmImage as macos-26 or macos-26-intel
4. Run

Only MacOS 15 ARM was available in preview
