Surfaced by the multi-language coverage fan-out while conformance-testing these SPEC-IDs against adbc-drivers/databricks.

Each is committed as an expected-failure (xfail) test in the coverage PR — the test asserts the CORRECT behavior and stays red until this driver is fixed.

• DIRECTRES-004: Rust SEA driver sends a redundant CloseStatement (DELETE) on Dispose despite the statement being closed server-side during direct-result delivery (state=CLOSED); should skip the redundant close (ES-2034600)
