Does the Snowflake driver provide a way to connect using JWT auth? I couldn't get this to work. When I try using a URI that contains a username but not a password (like snowflake://user@host/...), I get:

adbc_driver_manager.ProgrammingError: INVALID_ARGUMENT: [Snowflake] 260002: password is empty. Vendor code: 260002

I ran into something like this today trying to use my private key for auth. It looks like the driver delegates to gosnowflake.ParseDSN which errors, I think the refactor would be to add some more logic inside the driver.

This worked,

This is what I wanted to work:

uri = "snowflake://MY-ACCOUNT_ID?username=ME&adbc.snowflake.sql.auth_type=auth_jwt&adbc.snowflake.sql.client_option.jwt_private_key=%2Fpath%2Fto%2Fmy%2Fpriv%2Fkey"
dbapi.connect(uri)

or this, putting username as userinfo:

uri = "snowflake://ME@MY-ACCOUNT_ID?adbc.snowflake.sql.auth_type=auth_jwt&adbc.snowflake.sql.client_option.jwt_private_key=%2Fpath%2Fto%2Fmy%2Fpriv%2Fkey"
dbapi.connect(uri)
