[Feat]: allow enforcement of taking action on vulnerabilities that are in a Security Campaign

What new feature are you looking for / expect?

Security Campaigns are a way to group vulnerabilities for action by developers.

It would be good to be able to enforce a response to vulnerabilities covered by a campaign by the due date set.
