Describe the Feature/Enhancement

Support android and iOS apps in the ability to create bookmarks for locally-stored audio files, when not connected to an audiobookshelf server.

Why would this be helpful?

For users that download files to listen locally, their behavior is usually motivated by low or spotty ability to connect to their server. It would be great for those people to still be able to utilize bookmarks.

I presume that some server-side reconciliation of bookmarks would need to take place, when connectivity allows.
