Importing as a github agent?

Is it possible to import this as a github agent?

Not as a one-click GitHub Agent import today. ECC is primarily a set of harness assets: rules/instructions, skills, agents, commands, hooks, and MCP conventions. GitHub-hosted coding agents and Copilot-style agents do not load the full Claude Code plugin surface directly.

The workable path is adaptation:

1. Put the project-level guidance you want into repo-visible instruction files such as AGENTS.md or the GitHub/Copilot instruction surface your agent supports.
2. Copy only the specific ECC skill or workflow text that should guide that agent.
3. Do not expect Claude Code hooks, local MCP config, or plugin-managed commands to run inside GitHub automatically.
4. Keep the pack small; GitHub agents usually need concise repo policy more than the full ECC catalog.

So the answer is: yes as a manual adaptation/source-kit workflow, no as a native import target at the moment.
