Using ACP locally and terminal

While using for example claude-agent-acp it is unclear why I don't see the full stdout / stderr of the commands executed.

E.g.

In the protocol, for tools call content, the agent can specify a terminal, to let the client embed it, but when the client does not provide terminal capabilities, how does it work? Can't we have a stream of the terminal output?

Clicking on the icon on the right will open a fake bash file only containing the cmd
