Agent Plugins Spec / APM

Hi this sounds like a good initiative. Have you come across this project https://github.com/microsoft/apm? The yaml based apm.yml provides a format for installing skills, hooks, steering, agents into many different AI clients. I'd be interested in knowing if this agent plugins spec will likely follow a similar format / have compatibility with APM

It'll potentially end up the other way around, where projects like apm follow a standard for plugin marketplaces, and then developers just trust apm like other package managers (e.g. NuGet).
