Add a page to agent-plugins.org documenting how to create an agent-agnostic marketplace — one repo holding multiple plugins, installable from more than one client.

A client-neutral equivalent of Claude Code's Plugin marketplaces page.

Why

Most orgs package their plugins together in a single repo, so this is the common case rather than an edge case. But the spec and the guides cover how to build one plugin, then stop. Nothing covers shipping a repo of plugins to more than one client — which is the point of a portable format.

Claude Code documents how to build a marketplace. Cursor documents its own. [agent-plugins.org], but (https://agent-plugins.org/) documents neither.
