It appears the harbor.mellanox.com/nixl/infinia-libs:v2.4.0-beta.1 container image used in Dockerfile.base is not publicly accessible. Would it be possible to move this image to a location where it can be accessed by anyone? I am working on a PR to combine ROCm and CUDA builds into a single Dockerfile for CI coverage of both NVIDIA and AMD GPU hardware. Getting this container image located where anyone can access it would be helpful!
