The user_nodes_vm_size and the default_node_pool vm_size should be template variables

Choosing a different region means that the default vm_sizes are not necessarily available. The questionnaire should also prompt for the vm_sizes and provide a hint that the vm_size must be chosen such that it is available in the chosen region.
