Way to subscribe to specific plane

I don't want to bother the api every minute. The two planes I want to track is all I need and they only fly once or twice a day, maybe 50 days a year or so.
Is there any way that instead of polling the api, you could setup a webhook system where you can just get notified about a plane taking off instead?
