Android supports per-app language settings (System SettingsSystemLanguagesApp languages).

I understand that the need for this feature is difficult to explain to those who were born in an English-speaking country, English is their native language, or they speak it so fluently that they will not experience difficulties when all communications and interfaces around them are in English. Or in situations when any activity in issue trackers, feedback to developers and, in principle, online cooperation is carried out only in their native language, no matter how Chinese it is. But there are situations when English, as a universal language, continues to remain a foreign language, its daily use causes difficulties, and developers are not very willing to accept bug reports with hieroglyphic screenshots. Be that as it may, per-app language setting is a great feature, supported by absolutely all current Google applications, and becoming a familiar way to customize the appearance of user applications. Imposing non-standard behavior on users in the case of the basic functionality of your application is not a very good practice.
