Regular expression rules support setting dates

For example, if the tax bureau needs me to do something, they will call me before the 15th of each month. They won't call after the 15th, but there are always spam calls with the same area code. I think we can use a specific rule to set the date after the 15th of each month. This way, it can be quiet for at least half a month. The current rule only supports setting from Monday to Sunday.

To make this function more widely applicable, it can be made to support many forms. For example, it can match dates from the 1st to the 10th, or from the 15th to the 31st. It can also match dates while simultaneously entering weeks, such as Monday to Friday from the 1st to the 15th, or months, such as 1-6 months from the 1st to the 15th.

Currently, in the regular expression rule Settings, you can set the time of day for each day and the day of the week for each week. I think it's fine to simply add the month and date below. This is simple and effective, and each item can be configured directly on the screen
