I added another text filter to the rule: .* . The rule blocking sms. I checked it by testing in the application for now. this means that it is necessary to fill in the "content" field in the filtering rule.

Try to set .* in the SMS content field:

Because this rule will only work when both the number and content match. Currently the content field is empty, meaning it will only match texts with empty content.

Alternatively, if you want to block all messages form HELSI, you can add a Number Rule instead of a Content Rule:

Uncheck the "For Call", so it will only work for SMS.
