SpamBlocker as default spam app does not work

The issue

SpamBlocker has been updated to the latest version (4.15) and selected as the default app for managing spam calls.

However, calls/sms are not filtered by the app. Under the log I cannot find any blocked or passed calls, even though I clearly have had many. By default, all calls pass, even spam calls.

This option was changed to "disabled by default", now it needs to be manually turned on, previously you must've enabled it by tapping the bottom bar.

Wow, I have just realized what you said...I would have never seen it as the slider button was already activated...

Yeah that slider is for quickly disabling the app when waiting for a particular call or message, which is also accessable via the quick settings tile.
