Regex Rules Priority Bug #407

The issue

Adding a new regex rule, when trying to type the priority it's very bugging. For example, typing "15" results in "51," with the cursor at the front (in front of the 5) instead of at the end. Tapping to put the cursor at the end and then backspacing results in it deleting the 1 and putting the cursor back in front, so if you're not paying attention to tap, yet again, to move the cursor to the end to be able to backspace again to delete the 5, it puts the numbers you try to type in front of the 5, so trying again to type "15" will result in "515." Essentially, it appears it's typing backwards, right-to-left.
