Color Customization - HEX Codes

Would like to throw out suggestion to implement way to change the theme to very specific user defined colors using HEX Color Codes

For business/public use it would be nice to be able to more specifically match color schemes an organization already uses. The predefined colors in the current option pop out are nice, but not comprehensive
